What is the Extended Care subscription, and who is it designed for?
Extended Care is a year-round, hands-free maintenance add-on plan built specifically for EV drivers who are busy or always on the go. It provides convenient at-home service visits to handle essential upkeep, so you never have to worry about basic maintenance tasks. Choose Individual Extended Care for one driver/EV, or Family Extended Care for multiple vehicles and family members. It's the perfect complement to your base Fresh Start detailing plan.
How does Extended Care differ for Individual vs. Family plans?
Individual Extended Care is ideal for a single busy EV driver and includes 2 quick service visits plus 1 premium blade replacement. Family Extended Care suits households with multiple EVs or drivers, offering double the visits (4) and blade replacements (2), plus the same core maintenance perks. Both provide access to our year-round platform and are valid until canceled.
Is Extended Care only for EVs, and do I need a base Fresh Start plan?
It's optimized for electric vehicles (with EV-specific checks like battery diagnostics), but the services benefit any modern vehicle. It's designed as an add-on to enhance your existing Fresh Start detailing or cleaning plan—adding practical, hands-free maintenance on top of your regular cleans. You can select it during signup or as an upgrade.
How does scheduling and service work?
Everything happens at your home—no trips to the shop required. After subscribing, you'll access our easy platform to schedule your quick service visits at times that fit your life. Services are performed by our trained professionals using high-quality parts and tools. The plan renews annually and remains active until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime, and what if I need more than the included visits?
Yes—your subscription is valid until canceled, with no long-term lock-in. If you need additional services beyond what's included (e.g., extra visits or non-covered items), you can request them separately through our platform or one-off options. We're here to make EV ownership effortless and stress-free.
