Brush Work
Apply a few sprays of all purpose cleaner (most household APC's will also work just fine in your car) onto your fine-hair bristles. Brush surface in a circular motion until clean. Repeat if necessary to remove all contaminants.
Note: If you do not have APC, you can also mix water and dish soap in a spare spray bottle.

Wipe-off and dry with plush towel
Use an extra plushy towel to wipe away any excess moisture. Make sure the surface is completely dry. This allows for the most professional looking finish.
